We’re heading to two side-by-side beach houses right on the sand in Galveston, Texas for four unforgettable days of fun, worship, and friendship. Whether you’re chilling by the ocean, diving into powerful devotionals, or bonding with your crew over games and late-night laughs — this is the trip you don’t want to miss.

We’ll cook our own meals, enjoy epic group activities, and spend intentional time growing closer to God and each other. You’ll leave with sandy feet, full hearts, and unforgettable memories.

 FAQs

  • What’s included in the trip?

    • 3 nights and 4 days in two massive side-by-side beach houses right on the sand

    • All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) provided and prepared on-site

    • Transportation to and from Galveston

    • Bible-centered worship, devotionals, and small group time

    • Games, beach time, and activities led by our student ministry team

    • Intentional community-building and moments students will never forget

    • Adult supervision and leadership from the Meadows student ministry team

  • How Much Does it Cost?

    • $250 per student

    • Deposit - $50 per student, due by MARCH 1st

    • Balance - $200 per student, due by July 1st

    • This includes all food (except meals in route), lodging, transportation, supplies, and activities

    • Spots are limited and only reserved once a deposit is made

  • What should I bring?

    • Bible + journal

    • Swimsuits (Girls: one-piece only OR wear a T-shirt over a two-piece. Guys: wear a T-shirt with your swimsuit)

    • Beach towel + bath towel

    • Casual clothes for 4 days (plus comfy clothes for hanging out)

    • Toiletries (toothbrush, deodorant, sunscreen, etc.)

    • Reusable water bottle

    • Sandals AND sneakers

    • Medications (if needed – turn in to leaders in a labeled Ziploc bag)

    • Money for 2 travel meals — one on the way there, one on the way back (about $20 per meal)

    • A heart ready to hear from God and have fun!

  • When do we leave and come back?

    • Leave: Tuesday, July 21 — meet at Meadows Baptist Church at 8:00 AM

    • Return: Friday, July 24 — back at Meadows around 2:30pm

    • Final travel times will be confirmed closer to the trip date
