A Parent's Guide · Meadows Student Ministry
"Deep calls to deep…" — and He's calling your student.
JULY 21–24, 2026 · CRYSTAL BEACH, TXThe Theme · Deep Waters
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.1 Peter 4:8
The Vision
Our primary goal this summer is genuine intimacy with Jesus. It's easy for a teenager to get lost in the shallows of phones, noise, and pressure. We want to give your student the confidence to seek the Lord, truly hear His voice, and obey His direction — for the rest of their life.
"Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls…" (Psalm 42:7). God is calling students out of their comfort zones and into the depths of His love.
A dedicated week in Galveston is the ideal place for a spiritual milestone they'll remember for life.
Why They Should Go
This isn't just a beach trip. Every part of the week is built to move a student closer to Jesus — and each of these is rooted in His Word.
Away from screens, schedules, and noise, there's finally room for God to move. Growth rarely happens in the shallows.
We teach students how to quiet their hearts, open the Word, and recognize the Shepherd's voice in their own lives.
The people a student walks with shape who they become. This week forges godly friendships that hold for a lifetime.
Encounters with God become markers students return to for years — proof of a moment He showed up and met them.
The teenage years are the soil where lasting faith takes root. Don't wait — God uses students who say yes early.
Sun, sea, sabbath, and worship. Sometimes the most spiritual thing a student can do is come away and rest with Jesus.

Talk through what God showed you with your student.
Every parent feels a little friction before a trip like this. Here's how we'd gently reframe it.
Four days on the sand, built around worship, the Word, and real community.
We're staying in two safe, beautiful beachfront houses right on the sand — our sanctuary for late-night talks, devotionals, home-cooked meals, and serious spiritual growth.
